Client: It is India's fastest growing start-ups with many first's to their credit-their innovative business model, the first of its kind, mobile app for cab booking, e-invoices, GPS enable trackable cabs and more. As India's largest cab network they don't own a single cab,they foster entrepreneurship at the driver level by enabling him to own the car & grow his business!

Position: Strategic Initiative

Location: Bangalore

About the role:

- The role will be an integral part of the team responsible for strategic initiatives to strengthen the supply-side growth at Ola Cabs.

- Among other things the incumbent will help the team to create and manage strong relationships with leading partners-such as banks and NBFC's-who work with Ola Cabs for Driver-cum owner program in Bangalore.

- Over time, the position may also be required to scale this program across other cities in India.

Incumbent:

- 3-6 years of BFSI/Finance/brokerages or Mortgages related experience.

- Should be a B.com in economics or Engineering with MBA finance is an added advantage.

- having relationship with auto financing companies is a plus

- should be a self motivated person individual who is keen to work in an exciting start-up organisation.

- ability to coordinate and communicate with drivers as well as lenders and other strategic partners

- has strong operational mindset, and willingness to roll up the sleeves to get things done.
