Summary of the position :

Responsible for assisting the Head - Management Control & ALM in discharging the related functions respecting the Internal Group ALM and Management Control Norms in a timely and organized manner.

Activities :

Main duties :

Assisting the Head- Management Control & ALM in ensuring :

- Timely and accurate reporting of ESSBASE, Flash Commentary, Performance Analysis, COO Toolkit, SCO Dashboard, CREAM, RRT, Expense Analysis between actuals and budget etc.

- Timely and accurate preparation and reporting of the annual budget document, quarterly RWA forecast, quarterly consolidated stress test reports, daily liquidity stress test reports etc.

- Proper recording of accruals in the system before month ends in order to minimize volatility in the P&L.

- Preparation of reports for Local Management to provide and justify performance at product line/ business line levels and any other Management Control Report requested from time to time.

- Processing of necessary accounting entries as required for a smooth monthly closure.

- Update of Asset Liability Policy, Investment Policy, Stress Testing Policy, ICAAP Manual, Liquidity Reporting Frameworks, etc. on a regular basis.

- Conducting ALCO and Investment Committee meetings in line with Local and HO norms.

- Undertake necessary ALM analysis like behavioral analysis, historical data tracking, Ratios monitoring & updates etc.

- To be updated with the extant regulations related to the position and also be able to see the big picture.

This position is based in the Credit Agricole Mumbai office

Candidate's technical skills :

- Chartered Accountant, with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience.

- Strong analytical skills for data projections and interpretation

- Good knowledge of ALM and Management Control norms

- Good presentation and communication skills
