Position summary :

- This contract based product manager will support the TB Product Manager in India for the duration of the development and rollout of the India cash mgt project

- Supports project management and business analysis for cash mgt project

Duration of contractor assignment :

- Extension by bank until end of 2018

- Based on project continuing into implementation as expected

Scope:

Scope of products :

Cash management products in scope of the India cash management project

Main responsibilities :

- Is responsible for the QCD (Quality, Cost, Delays) of the India cash management project rollout

- Supports Product Manager Cash & Payment-FX in India in design and rollout phases of India cash management project

- Provides business project management support for cash mgt project

- Works with stakeholders both locally and in other locations to define the requirements and design for the cash mgt project

- Documents to-be processes for cash mgt in CACIB India, in line with TB's target operating model (where possible)

- Leads UAT, including definition of test scenarios and review of test results

- Manages CACIB stakeholders in a proactive manner to ensure smooth project rollout and acceptance, including NAP sign off for project deliverables

- Infuses industry best practices into the processing model for our cash and payment-FX offer in India

- Works with third party vendors involved in the project to ensure good quality & timely delivery

- Promotes the India cash management project to all relevant stakeholders in India

- Performs internal communication / training campaigns for CACIB stakeholders

- Closely works with Mid Office and Back Office teams in order to ensure that implemented products are processed with the highest level of efficiency and quality, in line with Transaction Banking's global target operating model

- Is responsible for the preparation of documentation related to the Cash and Payment-FX offer in India by the project: technical descriptions, client pitches and other settings

Experience :

2-4 years of experience in Cash Management / FX, either in product management, implementation management or operations of an international transaction banking provider

Experience with managing large payments / collections projects
