- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
- Screening resumes, coordinating with Consultants.
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates. Scheduling interviews with Hiring Manager
- Making recommendations to company hiring managers.
- Adhering to the TAT for Recruitment and Selection.
- Responsible for smooth implementation of all HR Policies
- Providing prompt support in training & development
- Employee grievance handling for all HR related matters
- Contract & External Staff Management
