Profile/Responsibilities :
- The person will work closely with the CEO and business leaders to execute HR mandates, while facilitating a seamless and positive employee experience.
- We are looking for a fast paced person who has a strong bias for action and a desire to make an impact on our growing teams.
- The person should be able to work independently without supervision. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to advance quickly in his/her career.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own and administer implementation of all HR org initiatives across the company
- Employee communication/engagement: Employee SPOC for any query/issue resolution. Effectively handle employee counseling/ grievance management/ disciplinary action, as the case may be.
- Performance Management system: Work with the business leaders to implement the performance management process for respective teams along with required data analysis and data updation on HRMS
- Implement Rewards and Recognition program
- Employee Engagement: Responsible for fun at work activities, organizing offsites, townhalls, communication meetings etc
- Ensure that all required HR services are provided according to predetermined service levels
Recruitment :
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from building pipeline to closing candidates
- Consistently meet the performance metrics
About you :
- Understanding of HR generalist functions including: compensation, benefits, performance management HRIS, and administrative aspects.
- Excellent analytical skills and natural problem solver
- Excellent ability to organize and communicate concepts both written & verbal
- Multi-task, prioritize and own/drive projects to completion
- Exercise sound judgment, common sense and maintain confidentiality
- Proficient with MS Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Hands-on with HRIS, payroll systems, and applicant tracking software (a plus)
- Team player with a passion for HR
- Energetic and Gritty, with a 'roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes' Attitude
- Self-monitored and competitive, able to work with minimal supervision while achieving targets and goals
- Driven, focused, and quick to take ownership of work
- Willing to get into the details and open to feedback
- Curious an a Go-getter
- Ready to take on a lot of responsibility and work collaboratively with the team
