About the Company :

CrediMe is a super exciting fintech venture! We have built an awesome state of the art lending platform for Personal Loans which can approve and disburse loans within 10 minutes. We are well funded and don't need to raise capital for the next few years. We are innovating and disrupting the industry and generating a lot of value for our customers. CrediMe has been started by a serial entrepreneur who has studied at Yale University USA (Ivy League) and worked at Amazon.com USA.

We will be innovating at a fast pace and developing new advanced products. We offer a challenging and fun work environment with a lot of opportunities for growth.

Profile/Responsibilities :

- We are looking for a dynamic professional with high aptitude in product, growth and business. The EIR program is similar to a Leadership Program where you will work with the CEO directly and get to experience the whole business lifecycle. Being a startup, the learning will be immense

- Work with the CEO on various strategic and operational initiatives. Get to experience various functions including Strategy, Growth, Operations, Product, Recruitment, etc

- Work cross-functionally with various teams. Once the person has experienced various functions, he/she can start to focus/specialize on the area most suited for both the person and company

Qualifications :

- Self-starter with dynamic personality, seeking a professional challenge and a role with enormous growth potential

- Strong analytical skills, with excellent ability to share insights that drive results

- Team player with good interpersonal skills

- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail

- Extremely comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth startup environment

- Creative and analytical thinker; fast learner

- Proficient in English language

- B. Tech. from IITs/MBA from IIMs/ISB/Degree from Ivy League, Stanford, MIT and the like
