Roles & Responsibilities :

We are looking for a Business leader who understands numbers and analyses performance and provides strategic input to the business verticals in terms of revenues, profits, and margin improvement. The role will focus on strategic business advisory, developing business plans and financial forecasts, interacting with the board members, and also ensuring that routine accounts and goverenance standards are being adhered to.

Manage Outsourced Functions :

- Manage & oversee daily operations of accounting firm

- Monitoring & Analyzing Accounting data & produce financial reports or statements

- Interpret the company's financial results to management and recommend improvement activities.

Funds Management :

- Forecast cash flow positions, and advise on investment plans

Budgeting & Forecasting :

- Lead the Company's budgeting process and implementation

- Work cohesively with business leaders on monthly budget & consumption; prepare variance analysis

- Report to management on variances from the established budget, with business recomendations

- Control Cash burn as per budget along with variance analysis & maintain daily cash flow

Skills and Experience :

1. Qualified CA or- MBA with Finance,- with 4 to 6 years post qualification experience

2. Preferably should have managed finances in internet based startup and worked with a team highly dynamic business leaders in an- explosive growth environment

3. The candidate should be an intrapreneur and willing to work independently
