Our platform delivers customized strategies which helps creditors efficiently improve their NPA, geographic reach and customer experience Responsibilities: - Present solution to the decision-makers and manage the client expectations - Work with the Project / Product teams to close the effort estimates and timelines required to deliver. - Work with the technical team to respond to customer's technical and information security queries. - Assist the Sales team in Qualifying prospective Opportunities and product positioning. - Understand and address client's challenges in achieving a smooth digital onboarding journey - Pitch the latest Credgenics offerings to new/ existing clients. - Identify, qualify and nurture cross-sell/ up-sell opportunities and build relationships with client's key decision-makers to understand upcoming opportunities. - Be part of the technical product demo to new potential clients brought in by the sales team, answering their technical questions around flow and use cases - Be constantly in touch with the client post contract signing to own these : - Help them around api Integration and get their dashboard live and running. - Understanding their pain points which maybe our product still doesn't resolve, attach that to a product use case feature. - Ownership of all customizations requirements of clients and seeing if the feasibility exists for the same and if that could be generalised across our clients if that fits as a generic use case across our clients - Get the product changes recorded in a PRD for those requirements - Proactively identify ongoing opportunities to increase efficiency, improve the usability of existing tools, and evaluate new functionality/capabilities to fill identified gaps. - Not Limited to these as the scope is always there in a startup on role expansion and wearing multiple hats. Documentation : - Proposal and Scope of Work ownership (Get the SoW/ BRD/ Proposal and SLA Sign-off) - Frequently update and maintain the repository of latest product documents, demo videos, templates and track the status of all active opportunities. - Maintain customization and change requests (account-wise) in the pre-sales tracker. - Provide all signed-off documents to the Project Implementation team and Support team. - Officially handover the Project within 2 days from the date of Agreement sign-off. Product Feedback:&nbsp; - Update the Product team on Client's feedback of the product and any other market insights - Liaison with the product and sales teams to deliver any new product features for existing / prospective clients Desired experience:&nbsp;Presales, Technical Consulting
