Position - Team Lead- Tele-Collections

Based at - Noida, UP

What will you do:

- Managing the collection portfolio for the client-assigned Managing day-to-day challenges and solving problems of a team of agents.

- Plan and manage the group's performance on the Scorecard metrics and look for methods to constantly exceed expectations.

- Responsible for the management of Engagement, Attrition, and ESAT for the team

- Prepare schedules for the team and ensure attendance.

What we are looking for:

- Should have 3+ yrs of experience in collections process (Tele calling) & 1+ yrs. in team handling

- Should be a Graduate (Any) Should know throughput calculations like attrition, and shrinkage.

- Should have handled a minimum of 15 to 20 agents as team leads.

- Should handle the team's weekly reviews and encourage the team to meet organizational goals.

- Responsible for staff retention within the team.

- Strong Interpersonal skills
