What you'll be doing:

- Responsible for managing key accounts in the BFSI segment, maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them.

- Responsible for building relationships with new clients, converting these into key accounts and then mine them for productivity.

- Must be able to network and develop relationships with key decision makers (CIO, CFO, CRO, Business & Product Heads) in respective accounts.

- Build Customer loyalty through continuous training and awareness programs and coordination with front end & business support functions.

- Interact and maintain relationships with existing clients to enable cross-selling and up-selling activities.

- Responsible for farming existing accounts, building pipelines and booking revenues from a given segment & market.

- Responsible for managing Key accounts and being the face of the company to existing clients.

- Requirement analysis and proposal preparation in association with respective service lines and presales teams.

- Negotiation and closure of Contracts

- Drive and grow revenue for the managed set of accounts

What we're looking for:

- Post Graduate with minimum relevant experience of 8-15 Yrs.

- Comfortable in Working for a high growth start-up/company

- Preferred industry experience: SaaS-based platforms, FinTech, lending Institutions

- Experience in handling senior level client stakeholders

- Technology oriented
