Organization Brief:

Credgenics is an end-to-end SAAS-based NPA resolution platform assisting Banks, Financial Institutions, NBFCs, and digital lending firms to strategize, digitize, and streamline their entire collections and legal workflow, thereby helping them increase their overall recovery rate and reduce the legal costs. The platform delivers customized strategies that helps creditors efficiently improve their NPA, geographic reach, and customer onboarding.

Position - Assistant Manager - Tele Collection

Job Locations: Madhapur, Hyderabad and Goregaon, Mumbai

Role & responsibilities :

- To Achieve Collection Targets of the area assigned, Control flow cases and focus on non-starters.

- Ensured Documented feedback. Ensure Adequate Feet on-street availability/bucketwise /Segment wise.

- Manage productivity for fixing productivity parameters for Collection Officers /Agencies/In-house team

- Monitoring performance against set parameters and weekly review with Collection executives

- Ensuring background check of all collection agencies hired/Identify and manage training needs of the Collection Executives/ Evaluation of the performance of all CE Support Collection officers in legal /Police issues/Collection Activities Timely preparation & circulation of Collection progress report.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Should have 5+ yrs of experience in collections process (Tele calling) & 3+ yrs in team handling

- Must be graduate/postgraduate.

- Most preferred from BFSI/ NBFC/ Bank / etc.

- You should have good geographical knowledge.

- Good knowledge of Excel.

- Good communication skills.

- Should know throughput calculation like attrition, and shrinkage.

- Should have handled a minimum 100 to 150 agents as Team Manager.

- Should handle the team's weekly reviews and encourage the team to meet organizational goals .

- Responsible for staff retention within the team.

- Should be aware of KRAS, and KPIS.

- Strong Interpersonal skills
