Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lending Partnership Manager to join our growing team. The Lending Partnership Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with financial institutions, lenders, and other key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the lending ecosystem, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth through partnerships.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and prioritize potential partnership opportunities within the lending industry, including financial institutions, lenders, credit unions, and other relevant stakeholders.

- Develop and execute a strategic partnership roadmap to drive business growth and expand our lending offerings.

- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, decision-makers, and influencers at partner organizations.

- Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure mutually beneficial terms and conditions.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including product development, marketing, legal, and compliance, to align partnership initiatives with company goals and objectives.

- Monitor and track partnership performance, including key metrics such as revenue generation, loan volume, customer acquisition, and ROI.

- Proactively identify areas for optimization and improvement within existing partnerships, and implement strategies to enhance partnership effectiveness and efficiency.

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments affecting the lending market, and leverage insights to inform partnership strategies and initiatives.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to raise brand awareness, foster relationships, and identify new partnership prospects.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or related roles within the financial services industry, with a focus on lending.

- Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and executing strategic partnerships that drive business growth and revenue.

- Strong understanding of the lending ecosystem, including lending products, regulations, and industry best practices.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying market opportunities and developing innovative partnership strategies.

- Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed partnership targets and objectives.

- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

- Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Passion for fintech and a commitment to driving financial inclusion and innovation.

Location:
