The Role: As a member of the Talent, Rewards, and Experience organization, the Credentialing Manager will be responsible for partnering with the business, and service lines and learning to identify credentialing and assessment opportunities. To be successful in this role, the Credentialing Manager will develop trusted relationships with our learning and business leaders to apply credentialing and assessment strategies and standards to complement talent and learning initiatives. As a team leader, the Credentialing Manager will be responsible for all stages of the program life cycle while aligning the right solution to meet business and learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop their role as a trusted advisor to the business and qualify requests for credentialing and assessment

- Seek opportunities to promote the value and awareness of credentialing and assessment through targeted and broad communication channels

- Mentor, coach and collaborate with other colleagues on credentialing and assessment projects

- Partner with credential and assessment delivery to ensure successful and timely development and delivery

- Apply standards, strategies and rigor of credentialing and assessment

- Maintain consistent and proactive communication with sponsors and stakeholders throughout the development life cycle

- Routinely review program performance to ensure it meets learning and business needs and delivers on the expected outcome

- Partner with Responsible Assessment to ensure our learning assessments are fair, unbiased and designed to deliver on expected outcomes

- Identify and capture impact metrics to quantify the value of credentialing and assessment

- Contribute to the overall credentialing and assessment strategy.

- Stay informed of industry standards and seek to apply lessons learned internally

Skills Required :

- The ability to think strategically and pragmatically while balancing the needs of the business, theory and our ability to deliver

- Experience operating in large, matrixed, and multi-national organizations

- A solid skillset and background in learning, credentialing or assessment

- Curiosity and drive to define solutions, points of view and build consensus

- Ability to collaborate and delegate projects across the team

- An understanding and appreciation of GDPR, data privacy and legal controls

- A foundational understanding of learning assessments and their use in credentialing programs

- Strong leadership and executive presence

- A team-player who is able to effectively and professionally collaborate, persuade, motivate, and negotiate through strong verbal and written communication skills

- A proven track record of developing close relationships with the business and key stakeholders

- A strong understanding of our business and learning strategies

- The ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-performing environment while staying balanced with downtime

- Emotional intelligence, creativity, and strategic thinking in your quest for solutions and compromise

- A data-driven mindset with an emphasis on facts and standards

- A bias for progress and iteration, over perfection

- An understanding of learning, credentialing, and assessment platforms and vendors

- A background in design thinking and agile

- Business acumen and experience growing the top line while managing costs

- An ability to consult, ask the right questions, and think outside the box

- An ability to operate in an environment of ambiguity and comfort in leading without authority

- Experience designing a digital badging strategy

- Essential leadership skills with an emphasis on client-centricity and caring deeply for all of our people

- Experience in coaching or mentoring

- An understanding of the role, components, and value of a formal job analysis

Qualifications & Experience :

- 13+ Years of Experience

- Any Post Graduate
