About the team and role
The CredAvenue Sales Team is responsible for driving adoption and revenue targets for the platform across various modules- institutional debt platform, Co-lending and Supply Chain platform. You will be anchoring outreach efforts to our target segments covering pre-sales, sales activities with clearly defined revenue targets.
Primary responsibilities
- Responsible for development of Business plans & sales funnel for the solutions targeted for BFSI- Banks, NBFCs
- Generate leads (hunting) and identify new opportunities with new accounts. Farming existing accounts to increase wallet share & up-sell.
- Engage in the consultative selling process, gaining customer acceptance based on the communicated requirements of the software and engagement.
- Responsible for products/services positioning, evaluating customer's requirements and offering custom configured demos for better value propositioning and showcasing relevant functionality.
- Own and close complex sales cycles, involving several stakeholders and intra organizational teams
- Responsible for projecting and achieving segment/product specific revenue targets
Required Skills
- 4 to 8 years experience in Enterprise sales and business development role with IT Products/ Consulting firms focusing on BFSI / Banking Partnerships & Alliances / FinTechs.
- Prior B2B sales & business development experience and an understanding of the BFSI space
- Avid networker, excellent at communication and presentations skills with top-notch customer service approach
- Proven track record of meeting Sales goals, ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Experience selling at the C level and navigating large enterprise organizations
- MBA / PGDM degree from premier institution
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, managing technical proposals,
- Ability to work under pressure & track record of delivering revenue targets
