Overview of the Job:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager who is passionate about conceptualizing and building products for enterprise clients and vendors in the Supply chain finance paradigm. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy.

Overview of the Function:

The product team ensures market scanning, strategy implementation, roadmap, and feature definition for that product.

You will be Reporting to:

This position will report directly to the Chief Product Officer to enable her/him in creating new products

Your Role at CredAble:

- End-to-End ownership on product life cycle.

- Work closely with the Business Heads at CredAble to solicit ideas for new products.

- Maintain awareness of competitive products, potential competitive products, competitors, and competitor capabilities and help to organize this data into meaningful product roadmap

- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth

- Drive new feature development from start to finish - write specs, work cross-functionally with engineering, data, design & QA team to launch features, analyze results and iterate on feature/product via learning

- Enhance Value Proposition and balance out requirements with cost to maximize the value proposition to the customer.

What will you bring to CredAble?

- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.

- Excellent people and team management skills.

- Fluent in giving presentations to top level management.

- Good technical exposure with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.

- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization

- Structured and ability to think on his/her feet.

Education:

- MBA college and Technology education background preferred.
