Overview of the Job :

We are looking for a Company Secretary incumbent who has the dynamism to work in a highly entrepreneurial setup assisting the company to perform and manage various regulatory functions. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, develop and build products that deliver the company's vision and strategy.

Reporting to : This position will report directly to EVP Finance.

Your Role at CredAble :

- Ensuring the compliance of the provisions of Companies Law and rules made there-under and other statutes and bye-laws of the company.

- Ensuring that business of the company is conducted in accordance with its objects as contained in its memorandum of association and also ensuring that affairs of the company are managed in accordance with its objects contained in the articles of association and the provisions of the Companies Law.

- Implementing processes or systems to help ensure good management of the organization or compliance with legislation.

- Convening and servicing annual general meetings & Board meetings (producing agendas, taking minutes, conveying decisions, handling meeting correspondence, and so on).

- Ensuring that policies and licenses are up to date and are approved.

- Involved in the creation of new companies and limited partnerships and Liaised with external regulators, solicitors, and auditors.

- Ensuring the company complies with standard legal practice and maintains standards of corporate governance.

- Proper maintenance of books and registers of the company as required under the provisions of the Companies Law.

- To see whether legal requirements of the allotment, issuance and transfer of share certificates, mortgages and charges, have been complied with.

- Providing support to the board or other committees on specific projects

What will you bring to CredAble?

- Minimum 8 years of experience in in Company Secretarial Functions.

- Drafting & good Communication Skills

Education : CS qualified.
