Job Description : Project Lead with Architectural Skills

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Project Lead with a strong focus on architectural expertise.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the successful delivery of projects, leveraging your architectural skills to ensure robust and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

1) Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.

2) Utilize architectural expertise to design and implement high-quality solutions that align with project objectives and organizational goals.

3) Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to define project requirements and specifications.

4) Provide technical leadership by guiding and mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

5) Conduct regular project reviews to assess progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.

6) Ensure adherence to best practices in architecture, coding standards, and project management methodologies.

7) Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

1) Proven experience as a Project Lead with a strong background in architecture.

2) In-depth architectural skills, including the ability to design and implement scalable and maintainable solutions.

3) Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

4) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

5) Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.

6) Demonstrated leadership abilities and a proactive approach to project management.
