Job Opening - Creative Team lead - Evaluate, manage, develop and mentor in-house and freelance creative resources under your leadership - Manage daily workflow of the projects, manage the timelines and resources, to create optimum efficiency - Prioritize work and resources across engagements based on short- and long-term needs, establishing schedules by collaborating with designers, freelancers, vendors, and cross-functional departments - Manage projects from start to finish across a wide range of media, meeting deadlines and working with constraints effectively - Conduct brainstorming sessions with the team, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner - Review designs and other collaterals developed by the team, ensuring deliverables that effectively address marketing/business goals and challenges - Manage design process for new business and external marketing initiatives. - Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling digital experiences and print materials for a visually discerning audience - Assist, collaborate &amp; execute with the HOD/Director to establish the best industry practices &amp; processes and also be an able ally to define the strategy &amp; vision for the vertical - Empower, evangelize and mentor the entire creative team - Remain current on emerging trends in print and digital technology to incorporate new technologies into our strategy - Proficiency in Reading &amp; Writing in Punjabi is preferrable No. of Vacancies : 1
