Creative Lead - Education/IT

We are looking for a Creative Lead who is result oriented, comes with challenger's mind-set, collaborative, believes in leading from the front and always willing to go the extra mile. Should have strong knowledge of building visually outstanding creatives and could help define and solve complex user interface problems.

Minimum of 10-12 years experience .

- Be self-motivated and require minimal supervision.

- Must be able to translate complex concepts and interactions into visually coherent wireframes or prototypes.

- Client Interaction - An outgoing personality and ability to interact excellently with clients.

- Create User Interface designs referencing latest platform innovation and technology advancements. Provide guidance, reference, and direction to team members.

- Ultimate responsibility for Quality Control of creative team.

- Responsible for Training and mentoring team members. Collaborative and cohesive Interface with other teams/experts for design and evaluation .

- Excellent Communication Skills.
