Creative Lead Design - Fashion Industry

About Our Client : Our client is a modern Indian lifestyle brand. All their products are 100% PeTA approved Vegan and Proudly Indian. They currently operate in bags, wallets and footwear and are building an iconic global consumer brand from India.

Role & Responsibilities : The Creative Lead is responsible for overseeing the creation and execution of all creative concepts and guidelines, ensuring they meet the brand's objectives, and elevating the brand's visual identity. The Creative Lead manages a team of creative, develops creative strategies, and collaborates with other teams to ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging.

Qualifications will include:

- Creativity skills, including graphic design, art direction, and visual storytelling

- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate ideas clearly and persuasively

- Experience in developing and implementing creative strategies

- Strong branding and brand management skills

- Proficiency in writing and copywriting skills

- Experience managing a team of creatives

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design,

- Advertising, Marketing or a related field

- Portfolio of work that showcases creative and strategic thinking

- Experience in the lifestyle or fashion industry is a plus
