- Spearhead and manage content strategy for all our initiatives, harnessing strategy, digital & brand design and compelling content
- Supervise a team of graphic designers, copywriters, and photographers/videographers in the strategic development of messages and deliverables
- Work with the team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications and other collaterals.
- Review and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring deliverables that effectively address marketing goals and challenges
- Present creative strategies to Management, oversee brand visuals and develop storyboards
- Mentor and encourage creative team members to foster a positive work environment
