Creative Lead

Job Description :

We are looking for someone with a unique blend of creative vision and business sense who along with their team will both inspire and brainstorm fresh and dynamic creatives that connect with all our customers.

This role will report to the Head of Marketing

Role Responsibilities :

- Spearhead and manage content strategy for all our initiatives, harnessing strategy, digital & brand design and compelling content

- Supervise a team of graphic designers, copywriters, and photographers/videographers in the strategic development of messages and deliverables

- Work with the team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications and other collaterals.

- Review and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring deliverables that effectively address marketing

Goals and challenges :

- Present creative strategies to Management, oversee brand visuals and develop storyboards

- Mentor and encourage creative team members to foster a positive work environment

Desired Skills and Competencies :

- 10-15 years' experience with in-depth understanding of art/design and copy. Deep exposure to strong brands is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism and other relevant fields.

- Have in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models.
