Creative Head - 9 to 13 years - A smart and passionate individual with experience of working as a design lead with a demonstrated history of creating creative content of excellent quality. - Team leader who can work in an organised and systematic manner to ensure timely execution under pressure and tight deadlines. - Good at graphic design, illustration, have a good sense of design, and are able to grasp the brand requirements. You are looking for a collaborative learning environment to apply your design expertise and ensure output of excellent quality. You Will: - Develop high-impact teaching aids (presentations, revision notes, animated videos, etc.) for display in live classes and build a repository of high-quality study notes - mind maps, ready reckoners, visual representations - of key concepts for learners to view outside of class - Lead a team of Graphic Designers to design academic content assets for classes 11th & 12th - Work closely with the Content Lead, and key stakeholders to prepare high-quality visual aids that will enrich the learner's experience - Demonstrate solutions and iterate quickly on feedback Requirements - Degree / diploma in graphic design, animation, etc. from leading universities - Passion for designing and learning new skills and concepts - 4-5 years of prior professional experience as a creative / design lead - Strong visual design portfolio - Ability to work on design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Coreldraw, Dreamweaver, Maya, etc. - Ability to work on Google Slides, Docs, Sheets, Powerpoint, etc. - Ability to lead teams & manage multiple stakeholders to achieve collective goals of the category - Excellent communication skills - Organized and prompt If we had a billion dollar idea, Would you be able to package & present it to our audience with a plethora of ideas that mesmerizes each one of them and stimulates them to use our product.
