Creative Head/Director - Studio

We have an Urgent Opening for one of the leading pharma organization for the profile of Lead Studio (Creative Head/Director) in Mumbai Location.

Core Job Responsibilities:

1) Understand customer requirements in terms of content/creative inputs and timelines.

2) Takes brief from marketing along with studio managers, brainstorms on the brief and breaks it down to easy paths which goes as an input to studio managers and artists to design the required creative communication

3) Provides copy as it required for the respective creative

4) Delivery to the marketing team as per agreed upon SLAs

5) Ensure that the - work que- is managed efficiently by the studio team

6) Ensure that the studio team is adequately resourced

7) Be the single point of contact for the marketing and other functions for all studio related matters

8) Act as the channel of communication for the studio team with the marketing team

9) Deliver on the cost-efficiencies

10) Develop the capability of studio team to take on more complex tasks in terms of scope and scale

11) Offer studio services to non-EPD affiliates as well.

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities:

Direct Reports: Team of 6 - 9 members
