Hiring for a Creative Lead for a fast growing & well-funded fintech startup based in Pune.
We are looking for a Creative Lead to join our Pune HQ; to work on the execution of a wide range of brand and growth led creatives for our brands.
This is an exciting, multi-faceted role which focuses on creating amazing creative content across channels to boost product growth and brand visibility.
You will also work with our in-house brand and design team to create exciting ideas and concepts for various campaigns for different segments of consumers.

- Work closely with the content strategist and campaign owners to define the best approach for the communication of the projects to the target audience.
- The ability to think about users' problems with regards to the objectives to be achieved through Digital Media (on various Digital platforms like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, etc.) and devise solutions through digital channels as and when required.
- Lead the development of the creative material and the right dialogue with internal (product, markets, strategy, product, campaigns and channels specialists) and external (agencies, freelancers, production companies, etc.) stakeholders and collaborators.
- Creation/ expansion/ identification of quality creative concepts and transmission of this conceptualization to the team.
- Build a team of graphic designers, illustrators, communication designers and motion designers to execute your creative strategies.
- 8+ years previous experience and portfolio of clients in digital and high-volume environment.
- Previous experience in leading consumer product campaigns at a scale a must.
- Previous experience with omnichannel approach, experience inhouse managing creative teams and agencies.
- Comfortable working with multiple formats - statics, gifs, videos, etc.
- Efficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and other creative tools is a must.
- Previous experience with Digital Asset Management.
- Fluent communication is a big plus.
