Art Director :

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual with a world class design aesthetic to lead our graphic design team and help us build a brand that is differentiated and recognized widely for its innovative design.

Key Responsibilities :

- Move fast, be the voice of design, make critical decisions, and take ownership. Continually push for change and innovation.

- Lead the creative vision and design aesthetic for graphics across all our mediums and customer touch points.

- Conceptualize and execute graphic design concepts for all of our communication - traditional and digital.

- Build and inspire a world-class creative team to produce innovative design that demonstrates our design aesthetic - clean, simple, direct and classy. Mentor, lead and inspire creative vision for designers.

- Come up with ideas and lead our design team to execute on customer touch points like packaging, merchandise, etc.

What we require :

- Lives, breathes, and loves design. Willing to work a 7th day in the week but not compromise on the design and its execution.

- Ability to handle stress and rejection.

- 5 - 10 years of experience in graphic design and art direction with an impressive portfolio to prove it. Please send us examples/links along with your application.

- Knowledge of design management and leadership experience with a team of designers, whether in an agency, studio or a consumer brand.

- Experience building successful teams, products, experiences and brands.

- Extensive knowledge and understanding of all phases of the design process- from trend research and design strategy to concept development and printing execution.

- Deep knowledge of relevant software, tools, materials and manufacturing processes. Experience in packaging industry and structural development.

- Proven success working with typography, logo design, photo direction and color printing processes.

- Must be detail oriented and have the ability to handle multiple projects.

- Highly driven and proactive self-starter - taking on a task without much context and driving it through to the end.

- Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Graphic design, fine arts, media or equivalent/experience.
