Position Overview: You will be responsible for managing various HR functions and ensuring accurate and efficient payroll operations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in HR administration and payroll management, with a strong preference for Keka software proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and execute end-to-end payroll processing for employees using Keka software. Oversee attendance tracking, leave management, and accurate timekeeping records. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies regarding payroll and benefits. Administer employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including documentation and record-keeping. Assist in HR-related queries and concerns, providing support to employees regarding policies and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HR operations. Generate and maintain accurate HR and payroll reports for management review.

Requirements Educational Background: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Work Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in HR administration and meticulous payroll management.

Software Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing Keka software for payroll processing is highly preferred. Comprehensive Knowledge: Strong understanding of Compliance laws, regulations, and adherence to best practices.
