Creative Fuel - Operations Manager

- Creativefuel is a digital marketing agency based in Indore that specializes in meme marketing. We have campaigned for some of India's biggest brands and movies, and have a large network of diverse influencers who fuel our influencer marketing wing, along with our team of social media experts. Our aim is to empower memes with excellent marketing content, thus making our clients go viral

- Role Description. This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager.

- The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing budgets, developing and implementing policies and procedures, hiring and training staff, and ensuring the smooth running of all departments.

- Qualifications. Strong leadership skills, ability to manage and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in managing budgets and financial reporting. Ability to problem-solve and think creatively.

- Strong project management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize. Experience in a marketing or advertising agency is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
