Job Description:


- As a Campaign Idea Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in developing innovative and effective marketing campaigns that align with the company's objectives.


- Your primary responsibility will be to conceive, plan, and execute creative campaign ideas that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.


Key Responsibilities:


Campaign Ideation:


- Generate unique and compelling campaign ideas that align with the brand's identity and marketing goals. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inspire creative concepts.


Strategy Development:


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content creation, to develop comprehensive campaign strategies.


- Define the target audience and tailor campaign messages to resonate with specific segments.


Research and Analysis:


- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and gaps in the market.


- Analyze campaign performance data and user feedback to refine and optimize strategies for future campaigns.


Budgeting and Resource Planning:


- Work closely with the finance and operations teams to develop campaign budgets and resource allocation plans.


- Ensure campaigns are executed within budget constraints and provide recommendations for cost-effective strategies.


Collaboration:


- Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, influencers, and partners, to enhance campaign effectiveness.


- Work closely with the creative team to translate ideas into visually appealing and impactful campaign materials.


Campaign Execution:


- Oversee the end-to-end execution of campaigns, ensuring all elements are delivered on time and meet quality standards.


- Monitor campaign performance metrics and make real-time adjustments to optimize results.


Reporting and Evaluation:


- Prepare and present post-campaign reports, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing insights for future improvements.


- Regularly evaluate the success of campaigns and implement learnings into future strategies.


Innovation and Continuous Learning:


- Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and creative trends.


- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the marketing team.


Qualifications:


- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.


- 2 years of experience in campaign ideation and strategy development.


- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.


- Excellent communication and presentation skills.


- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.


- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools.
