Job Description - Creative Director

As Creative Director in the company you will be leading the creative team and will be responsible for all creative deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish the visual identity of brand and maintain brand consistency.

- Understand the creative requirements of all teams, conceptualize product stories & campaign ideas

- Responsible for timely delivery of all creative work, online & offline (web banners, emailers, brochures, lookbooks etc)

- Mentor & grow the creative team of designers, copy writers etc

Desired Experience, Skills and Competencies

- 6-15 years of relevant experience in creative field.

- Experience in delivering creative work, online, offline

- Experience in handling creative team (Content writers, Graphic designers)
