Creative Director - Media (8-12 yrs)
Creative Director to support creative initiatives across our content business unit focusing on design and campaign development for podcasts and audio storytelling.
The role will sit within our Content and Marketing teams and report to the Growth Head.
The Creative Director will support designers to execute on the creative vision and work across campaigns (External Marketing), branding identities, and experiences (In-App Marketing).
In this cross-functional role, optimization instincts, product savvy, and an analytical mindset are key to driving growth, engagement, and conversion through creative innovation.
- Develop and execute on creative direction for creative campaigns by coming up with new ideas and formats.
- Collaborate with the design team and conceptual creative teams to bring ideas to life.
- Design key visuals where needed across projects.
- Contribute creative direction exploration where applicable and execute across media deliverables.
- Work closely with Content Team and Production to ensure asset delivery is smooth and be the - gatekeeper- for our marketing materials
- Work on a uniform design language for showing thumbnails and improving CTRs.
- Strong understanding of visual and communication design principles
- Strong conceptual thinker and visual storyteller
- Fluent in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Passionate about graphic design, typography, motion, photography, and illustration
- Strong organization and collaboration skills
- Delivers quality works at the intersection of culture and design
- Takes direction well
- Ability to take initiative, be responsive to deadlines and manage marketing art projects.
- Entertainment and show marketing experience a huge plus
