We are looking for an experienced - Creative Director to provide assistance to creative team with guidance and ideas to launch new impressive projects. You will devise the concepts and strategies for a venture and will monitor its progress. You will be able to implement your creative vision and become the point of reference for any creative plan:

Job Responsibilities:

- Leading photography and video content creation from concept to final retouching approval across eCommerce, digital lifestyle imagery and seasonal story-line copy, leading strategy and concepting Seasonal Digital Lifestyle shoots, video, and BTS captures

- Creative insight on budgeting for year and seasons shoots and site updates

- Concepting new digital-first creative initiatives, collection launches, setting up studios, handling editing work/ managing editors under lifestyle.

- Leading entire editors, graphic designer, video production, creative design, content moderation/community team.

- Creating and revamping new site experiences and designs from concept to wires to design to final staging approval

- Directing and approving creative executions for digital ads, media and paid social

- Lead a team tasked with creating concepts and ideas and creating an environment where digital ideas and experimentation thrive, always testing

- Manage and mentor the digital creative team while raising the overall standard of design and usability

- Maintaining an excellent knowledge of emerging trends in digital design, together with an understanding of the leaders in design

- Interpreting design briefs and data to deliver concepts to meet those requirements
