The creative director is responsible for translating a company’s marketing objectives into creative strategies and designs. The creative director must understand the company’s needs and current market conditions in order to develop successful creative campaigns. This position typically oversees a number of staff such as graphic designers and copywriters.

Projects may include developing a company’s logo, marketing materials such as brochures, EDMs, event collaterals, advertising campaigns and online presence.

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

a) Will be spearheading a team of Creative staff including Copywriters, Graphic Designer and will act as the Department Head for generating creative event concepts as per the client s brief honouring stringent timeline with superlative creative deliverables.

b) An effective writing style that is fresh, consistent, customer friendly and concise with an ability to write in a variety of styles

c) You would be responsible for management with regards to creative jobs, strategic planning, creative idea incubation, ideation development process and conceptualization of multimedia creative campaigns including Event collaterals, such as Edms, concept notes, Mc scripts, Audio Visuals and for virtual and online media

d) Will be responsible for dissemination for creative works and KRA would involve good leadership qualities and by acting as a team motivator and team builder by being the big idea generator with an exemplary confluence of copy and art put together.

e) Must blend talent with technology, innovation with ingenuity and team compatibility with idea creativity.

f) Experience leading strategic brainstorming sessions, campaign development, creative brief development and directing creative execution.

g) Knowledge of creative presentations with creative strategy, communication objectives, communication touch points must.

h) Thorough check of project proofs, assuring that all files have been output properly and the job is ready to be printed.

i) Maintain regular communication with internal Business units to ensure timeliness, accuracy and updates of projects.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:-

A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, communications or related field.

Level desired – 9 yrs plus experience in Events industry.

- Highly proficient computer skills including email, word , excel and powerpoint.

- Highly skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark, InDesign, Powerpoint, Flash, HTML, Javascript, CSS, DHTML and knowledge of image optimization software.

- Able to provide a comprehensive portfolio of previous creative design and work

- Exceptional written, verbal and visual communication skills

- Passion for art that inspires great design in team environment.

- Exceptional Aesthetic sense and intuitive understanding of design principles
