Job Description :
- Spearhead and manage content strategy, Lead on ideation and creation of marketing requirements, for both small-scale and large-scale projects, harnessing strategy, digital and brand design, compelling content
- Responsible for End-to-End delivery of all visual content/Art requirements for the brand; from taking communication briefs from various stakeholders including and not limited to brand managers, content team, digital marketing, UI/UX, tech, Product Managers etc
- Coordinate branding efforts, from gathering responses to driving workshops, in order to establish alignment across teams
- Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for visually sophisticated audiences
- Present, or oversee the presentation of final concepts, and obtain approvals for deliverables
- Build, lead, and review the work of the creative team in the production of all web, print, and digital marketing collateral as a part of the Brand marketing team. The role is responsible for the brand's visual language on all channels/ platforms
- Attend all meetings and kick off calls, ensuring briefs are clear and understood, and assets provided are sufficient before projects execution
- Conduct brainstorming sessions with the creative team, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives
- Expertly digest briefs, allocating the appropriate designers/teams to the projects and driving internal creative kick off calls to relay important information from the brief, and communicate/collaborate on creative strategies
- Working closely with the studio team to proactively plan and execute campaign shoots as per the brand communication calendar.
- Review and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring deliverables that effectively address marketing goals and challenges
- Supervise a cross-functional team of graphic designers, copywriters, social media experts, photographers/videographers, and project managers in the strategic development of messages and deliverables
Successful Candidate:
- A solid portfolio of 5+ years of creative leadership and design experience
- Experience leading a creative team and interacting with leadership.
- Able to communicate across stakeholders in office
- Strong planning and execution abilities with excellent verbal and written communication skills
