Creative Director - eCommerce

We are looking for Creative Head for one of our E-commerce client based out of Gurgaon.

Job Description

As creative director, you will be involved in every branding and marketing effort across channels, going end to end from brainstorming concepts to getting the final design executed by a very capable in-house design team. You must have a love for communicating ideas in fun, simple effective ways to our audience and have top notch design chops. Job Responsibilities

- Define and create brand image as a trusted platform to buy services you care about

- Create different types of marketing campaigns to achieve the business outcomes of user acquisition, engagement, trust building and awareness

- Further strengthen and lead a team of designers and copywriters to translate these ideas into campaign creatives of both online and offline nature

- Work on brand collateral across all channels - digital, print, radio, outdoor, TV etc

- Be the brand custodian when it comes to safeguarding and maintaining stringent controls to ensure correct and consistent brand representation

- Deeply understand the value proposition and target customer and constantly create innovative communication ideas to grow the brand

Requirements:

- Demonstrated creativity and documented immersion in brand communication.

- Ability to manage multiple and competing work priorities, demands and changes

- Ability to lead design teams and work with multiple business teams to manage business demands and timelines along with creative quality

- High level of proficiency with the relevant tech tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.

- In-depth knowledge and understanding of communication platforms like Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest - use cases and differences), radio, offline etc

- Ability to execute projects on time and to work collaboratively in a team environment

- Enthusiasm to work in a start-up environment
