Creative Director/Design Lead - eCommerce

Creative Director/Design Lead Job Responsibilities:

- Design and lead product development for Sports including Indian cricket team kit and merchandise

- Ideate and lead product design and development for new lines of categories for Sports

- Build a top notch team for the Design & Development vertical under Sports

- In depth understanding of the business, customers and processes and identify fashion trends to drive sales and customer perception

- Act as design and brand guardian of various merchandise product lines

- Create presentations/ reports to provide strategic insights/ recommendation to all stakeholders

Qualification/ Skills :

- Proficient in the design and development process of sports merchandise and apparels

- Passion towards sports and cricket

- Excellent craftsmanship, at par with international standards

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Proven ability in handling concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracy

Education and Experience :

- A bachelors or masters degree from the top fashion design institutes in India or the globe in fashion/textile/apparel design (eg. NIFT, NID)

- 10-15 years of work experience, leading teams with proven sports merchandising/apparels companies (eg Nike, Puma, Arvind, Madhura, Myntra brands etc)

- Solid experience in stakeholder management

- Solid experience in team building and setting processes
