We have an urgent requirement for Creative Director to join our team.Below are the desired skills required for this role:
1. Experience, Skills and Attributes:
a. Creative professional with 8-10 years of experience on client/agency side on digital-first brands
b. Proven awesomeness in idea generation
c. Experienced in managing copy and design teams and the creative development process
d. Worked on consumer brands with strong digital narratives spanning multiple formats. Experience in video production is mandatory
e. Willing and able to contribute to copywriting in an individual capacity
f. Ability to work with cross functional teams
2. Academic qualifications
a. Graduate/ post graduate
b. Fields of study: Mass Communication
Roles and Responsibilities:
Individual contribution 60%
1) Define and own the creative development cycle
2) Lead the ideation process for the team
3) Ensure that the brief and the ideation process translate into execution excellence in copy and design across channels and formats - text, statics,video, audio
4) Be the single point of contact for all deliverables from the creative team
5) Ensure that all output is on-brand, consistent, of high quality, and delivered according to agree upon timelines
Program Manager 30%:
1) Work with the brand, business, and product teams to understand communication objectives
2) Convert this understanding into project priorities and creative deliverables for the team
3) Work with the brand team to hone the language (visual and tone) of the brand
People Manager 10%: Manpower planning, work planning, and mentorship of the creative team
