What will your Key Results Areas (KRAs) be?

- A KRA would be to write clear, compelling copies with great visuals across sectors and brands.

- The ultimate result of a good understanding of a brand is getting the copy and visuals right.

Overall KRAs:

- Social Media

a. Inputs on how to build communities on social media that lead to organic traction.

b. Opinions on the latest trends on digital platforms and how the same can be leveraged for brands (This is different from "moment marketing". You should be able to spot long term trends that can be leveraged for clients)

c. Deep understanding of each and every social media inventory present (For example, when to use Insta Stories v/s When to use Insta Feeds)

- Paid Media

a. Inputs on what communication works best as various funnel stages

b. For media and performance marketing creatives, Understanding nuances of various ad inventories (example - What content increases CTR on FB ads, what increases CTR on Google Search copies)

- Brand Building

a. Building a brand digitally from scratch and having a medium and long term vision for the brand

b. Coordinate with the team to define campaign objectives, set key performance metrics, and establish project approach.

Other Digital Properties:

a. Understanding content that works on emails, blogs, app notifications, etc that leads to better conversion

b. Understanding the UX preferences and how better content affects conversion rates

- Strategy to Leads and participates in strategy development initiatives for clients and new business

- Assemble strategic insights into presentation materials for client and be responsible for the aesthetics of the presentation

- Ability to train and manage teams across sectors, brands and variety of creative projects

- Ability to craft brand architectures by identifying key pillars, tonality, personality, brand promise, mission, and manifesto via primary and/or existing research.

- Ability to write and narrate scripts and hero ideas to clients effectively. Keen understanding and interest in film direction is a great plus

- Sit with the design and the motion graphics team to streamline concepts as and where required
