Role :
Entire Creative Management & Delivery Accountable as per brief & process across departments be it Campaigns / Advertisements / Bill board design Graphics / Website / Video / Social Media
- Accountable for recruiting Creative Talent and successfully building a award-winning team, growing from 4 to 7 team members within one year.
- Develop story based brand.
- Align creative functions and develop "pod" system amongst the team.
- Producing multi-disciplinary creative work that support strategic plans within a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Negotiate and manage all vendor/supplier relationships with as per client and project briefs and budgets.
- Consistently lead Organization's communication and presentation efforts with client-side and facilitated strong project management and prioritize client's goals.
- Direct creative management and develop a strong incentive-based working environment that help achieve average project profit margins of 50%.
- Design creatives and content using appropriate tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and for all creative requirements or opportunities.

- Deliver from concept to launch for all be it individual projects or campaigns.
