Creative Art Director - Advertising Firm

Job Title/Designation:

Responsible to design and lead the team of designers. Knowledge of which design principles will work for the brand, interactive, mobile, and web experiences. 

- Should be able to sell their concepts to the clients. 

- They're responsible for leading a team of designers and other production specialists to successfully translate concepts into leading-edge interactive experiences.

Main Duties and Responsibilities :

- A passionate, high energy person is required, who has design experience within a digital agency, or the digital division of a traditional agency.

- The candidate must have a good strategic sense as well as being outstanding at creating innovative design solutions.

- Should have 2-7 years of experience in advertising.

- Should be be good at ideation and coming up with art driven solutions.

- Should be able to handle team of graphic designers.

- Should understand the client requirements.

- Creating graphics and appealing Photoshop designs.

- Ability to grow professionally in a highly flexible and fast- moving environment.

- Should have expertise in adobe Photoshop, illustrator.
