Creative Agri Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (CASPL), is a research and consulting firm in Agriculture and Rural Development sector (www.creativeagrisolutions.com). The organization is led by experienced researchers and professionals with extensive field experience in agriculture policy, agri-business development and rural development.

CASPL is a dynamic organization involved in several projects working with various stakeholders including government departments, national and multi-national agribusinesses, NGOs, research and academic institutions and international donor agencies, including UNFAO, ADB, World Bank, IFPRI, ILRI, etc.

Role of Account and Admin Associate/Officer

We are looking for young and dynamic professional candidates who can ensure management of finance, accounts and administration as per the organizational needs.

Accounting and Financial Management Responsibilities

- Ensure that all statutory requirements of the organization are timely met, such as filing of Income Tax, TDS and GST returns etc.

- Responsible for the regular bank balances reconciliation and other reconciliations including individual-project settlements.

- Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.

- Manage the salary, professional fees of the employees and consultants.

- Ensure that financial and accounting documents / records are maintained and filed in an orderly, transparent and efficient manner.

Administration Responsibilities

- Keep the offices running efficiently and proactively identify problems and resolve the issues for smooth functioning of the office

- Maintain all the IT assets of the office, and ensure proper functioning of all the equipment, providing first level user support to staff

- Vendor Management - purchase and procurement of office items as per the organisation policy.

- Logistics Management- Provide logistical support to the team including reservation of tickets and hotels as and when required.

- Ensure timely opening/closing of office

- Front Office Management- attending to visitors, calls and queries.

- Managing the incoming and outgoing mails and the General Office email id.

Job Specification

- Graduate degree in Commerce/CA Inter/Masters in Commerce/ MBA in Finance with 2-3 years relevant work experience in a reputed organization.

- Excellent in Financial software's and Accounting skill. Computer knowledge (MS office, Tally ERP & Internet)

- Strong communication skills.

- Candidates wth experience in development sector will be preferred. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
