Designation: Analyst - IT Strategy, Governance & Security  Location : New Delhi  Overall responsibilities/Job Description :  - Prime role is to work in the domains of IT Strategy, Governance and Security for the client Organizations.  In IT Security :  - Execute Security Assessments/RA for Client Organizations.  - Perform IT Health Assessments for Client Organizations.  - Conduct & Develop Data Classification for Client Organizations.  - Conducting Cloud Security Assessment and Building up Business Cases and  Evaluation for various Cloud models :  - Assistance in ISO 27001 and other similar certifications.  - To help set risk-based priorities for the information security function and strategic information security initiatives.  - Responsible to do AS-IS of the current landscapes of the Organizations who may have any of these business solutions and recommend them the TO-BE.  In IT Strategy & Governance :  - Building Strategic Roadmaps for Client Organizations IT, in line with their Business.  - Assisting Organizations augment and optimize their Business-IT alignment.  - Helping build SOPs / Policies of IT for client Organizations.  - Building Change control/GRC frameworks for the Client Organizations.  - Conducting and building BCP & BIA strategies.  - Understanding of Software License Management and Compliances will be an added advantage.  - The role is mainly of Delivering & Designing Client side projects and also to do pre-sales as an SME.  - Authoring research support for white papers, thought leadership issues on Technology, IT Governance, IT Effectiveness and related topics.  - Creating proposals and approach notes for clients describing the issues being faced in the current context and the tentative solutions provided by the company.  Ideal Candidate :  - Ideal candidate shall be Post Graduate - MS (Cyber Law/Information Security), MBA (IT) or Graduate in - B.Tech./B.E (Computer Science/Information Technology) or From IIITs/NITs/National Law University/Deemed University/Government Colleges.  - Must have a basic and conceptual understanding of core IT domains such as Infrastructure, Networks, Databases and Business Applications (ERP/CRM/SRM/SCM).  - Must have good knowledge of IT Security concepts (Identity and Access Management, CIA, Enterprise Risk Management, Security Management Practices).  - Sound familiarity with industry wide standards and frameworks (ITSM, ISO, SOX, PCI DSS, HIPAA) is highly desirable.  - Basic knowledge of associated technology trends like Mobility, Cloud and Analytics will be considered as asset.  - Shall be presentable, approachable, good listener and an effective communicator.  - Shall have Presentation skills and ability to represent the company in thought leadership events by representing the Organization's views and thoughts.  - Shall have a knack of learning and possess pro-active attitude.  - Shall be open for travelling for Domestic and International assignments.  - Emoluments, better than industry for a suitable candidate.
