AVP - Private Label Business  - We are looking for a leader to build and manage private label business. In this role you will be responsible for managing the private label brands to maximize customer experience,margins and sales.   - You should be passionate about taking on a leadership role to create end-to- end launch strategy and execution plan. In this role you will work with external stakeholders to identify and build right supply and with internal stakeholders to provide visibility on the platform to drive sales and margins while achieving excellence in customer experience.   - An ideal candidate will be passionate about clothing and fashion category, have high level of commitment and strong desire to build a profitable business.   Essential Duties And Responsibilities :   Partnerships : Identify right set of manufacturers and sellers for partnering to create a strong supply chain for the business   Business Strategy and Planning : Develop detailed plan for launch of new brands and relentlessly execute by working with external and internal stakeholders   Supplier Management : Work with sellers to fulfill orders on time, ensure good quality and support in inventory planning   Skills required :   - Proven analytical thinking, project management skills, attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are essential   - A passionate, self-starter, ready to take customer experience to the next level.   - Strong and successful communication skills which include the ability to write compelling, concise documents.   - Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment   - Strong business judgment with a track record of successful negotiations and overall relationship management   - Drive continuous process improvement and automation across our systems to allow us to scale a fast growing business  - Candidates from Premier B Schools & NIFT preferred.
