Role Description.

- We are looking for a dynamic Relationship Management leader who is presently managing a. team of Relationship Managers in a Bank/NBFC/Insurance company and who can come and join us with a vibrant team and make the vertical successful.

- The team is expected to build there own book primarily, but we will also provide digital lead. support and clients in the near future.

- This is a full-time on-site role as the Head of Relationship Management at ALFA located in. Bengaluru.

- The Head of Relationship Management will be responsible for overseeing. business relationship management, analyzing data and trends, building relationships,. managing teams, and overseeing account management.

Qualifications:

- Business Relationship Management, Analytical Skills, and Relationship Building skills.

- Team Management and Account Management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in managing teams and leading projects.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- 4+ years of proven experience in Relationship Management or a related field.
