CPM - Manager - Social Media

The key responsibilities will include :

1. Understanding client's social media communication requirements and conceptualizing, planning and execution of effective campaign with desired outcomes.

2. Visualizing the creative campaigns for social media and ensure their timely and effective publication across platforms.

3. Planning engagement campaigns/activities for brands on social media and ensuring effective execution of the same.

4. Creating and managing monthly/quarterly social media content and publishing schedules for various clients and ensuring execution of the same.

5. Listening and analyzing social media campaigns of competing brands of company clients and creating an actionable data and intelligence to create more effective campaigns.

6. Creation of detailed presentations and periodical reports to showcase to effectiveness and engagement of the campaigns conducted for clients.

7. Planning of response management and online reputation management for clients.

8. Supporting on new customer acquisition, increased engagement and social commerce.

9. This Specialist position requires interactions daily with team members, senior stakeholders, clients and partners.

Preferred Qualifications :

- 4-5 years of relevant experience in social media engagement agency of repute

- Good knowledge and experience with relevant social publishing platforms- Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram and others.

- Good creative visualization capability and experience in managing complete social media engagement campaigns

- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan and organize. Must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.

- Self-starter, self-motivated and capable of building relationships across teams.

- Excellent organizational, analytical and influencing skills. Ability to deliver results under pressure
