CPG Practice Lead - IT Product/Service

Total of 12-16 years of experience of functional, techno-functional experience in CPG Industry along with 4-5 years of experience in IT Product / Service Industry.

Job Requirements:

- Must have in-depth knowledge of and proven experience in at least one of the core process areas of CPG

- Experience with Business Process Reengineering; Gap Analysis; Process Design/Redesign

- Prior consulting experience to conduct and provide various activities such as Planning, Pricing, supply chain, logistics, transportation, Forecasting, Replenishment, Brand Management is important

- An understanding and knowledge of critical Distribution and Supply Chain concepts that includes network optimization and balancing; multi-echelon and hub & spoke distribution; lean/six-sigma analysis and implementation; workload distribution/redistribution; cross-docking; reverse logistics; distribution center operations; multi-vendor consolidation; and performance metrics would be an advantage.

- Experience in handling projects / areas related to IT projects in CPG. Product Evaluation, Implementations, Integration, Development, Testing, Rollouts etc.

- Candidate should have hands on experience in working with some of the IT Applications and tools in Planning and Execution, ERP, BI & Analytics.

- Candidate will have excellent communication skills - written, presentation and oral.

- BE/ MS, MBA desired, emphasis in CPG, Supply chain

- Understanding of Business & IT trends and ability to spot future opportunities

- Work with different application / technology competency teams to create integrated / next generation solutions in line with market / client expectations

- Position & articulate to Prospects / Customers - the capabilities &solutions and business impact

- Thought leadership initiatives to customers, prospects, analysts, conferences and media

- Lead / participate in consulting engagements with customers

- Analyze, design, and solve client's business / process and IT pain areas

- Play the role of Solution Integrator and functional consultant role based on the requirement

- Support pre-sales activities including proposals and presentations for relevant opportunities

- Support revenue growth by working closely with sales and BD teams in spotting opportunities and taking it through the entire sales process
