in a CoWrks space.

By 2020, CoWrks will have a national presence with 100,000 members spread over 8 cities across India and a team that's committed to delivering on our mission.

JOB DESCRIPTION: SENIOR EXECUTIVE LEGAL

We are looking for a highly qualified Senior Legal Executive to oversee the legal aspects of our business.

- Drafting and vetting commercial contracts

- Drafting, vetting and negotiating Letters of Intent, Agreements to Lease, Lease Deeds and Leave & License Agreements.

- Candidate should have a commercial understanding and should have demonstrated experience of handling and closing real estate transactions independently.

- Candidates with exposure to transactions in the Mumbai market may be considered more favorably.

- Candidate must be willing to travel across India at short notice.

QUALIFICATIONS / ATTRIBUTES:

- Proven experience as a legal counsel in business environment

- Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures

- Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment of a corporation

- Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies

- High degree of professional ethics and integrity

- Sound judgement and ability to analyze situations and information

- Outstanding communication skills

- 4 to 7 years of experience
