Role :
- Growing CoWrks membership across start ups, small & medium sized business and large Enterprises, while continuing to support the CoWrks brand and community.
- Meeting or exceeding CoWrks growth targets in the market with a strong ability to lead and scale business. Developing and implementing standard methodologies in their market to improve lead generation, prospecting, pipeline creation, and conversion rates.
- Building & furthering key relationships with Founders, CXO's Corporate Heads of Real Estate, CFOs, Heads of HR and other business leaders.
- Understanding their workspace needs, business performance and expansion plans, identifying how CoWrks can supercharge their business and demonstrate the CoWrks value proposition & the power of the CoWrks Community
Responsibilities :
- Exceed monthly, quarterly and annual membership and revenue targets for the market.
- Develop key relationships with Decision Makers & Influencers of a plethora of Large Enterprises including Fortune 500s, Venture Capitalists, Technology companies.
- Identify how to address decision maker, influencer and user groups differently based on needs.
- Understand target companies- business needs, develop proposals and accurately articulate CoWrks value proposition at the executive level.
- Build and motivate a revenue team in support of the strategic plan. Assist and coach team members in all phases of the selling process to achieve agreed-upon targets and performance metrics.
- Support direct reports by participating in and leading prospect meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required to close large and complex deals.
- Ensure operational excellence in the day-to-day management of the business including forecasting, pipeline development, training, hiring, performance management, and team collaboration.
- Dedicated approach to drive outbound sales initiative.
- Execute outreach strategy surrounding brokers and other real estate partners who refer new members to CoWrks
- Work with various internal teams to drive Enterprise member satisfaction to ensure opportunities for additional business growth.
- Understand market trends, spatial data, real estate micro-markets and demand drivers.
- Track competition across geographies and competitor movement across engagement initiatives/events.
- Track regulatory changes or public policy initiatives that could open up opportunities or pose threats to growth.
- Represent the brand at various conferences/networking events/business development initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Community, Marketing, Legal, Design, Alliances, etc.

Qualifications / attributes :
- Mandatory : minimum of 3 years Real Estate Sales/ Hospitality Sales/ Enterprise Sales in a startup
- Commercial / Office or Capital Markets leasing experience preferred
- Minimum Years of Work Experience: 7 years with 3+ in managing a team
- Well-versed with Enterprise / SaaS Sales tools or CRM tool
- MBA required
