Role :
The Partnerships Manager is responsible for the business development and account management surrounding brokers and partners such as PE's. VC's, Industry Associations who refer new members to CoWrks .
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute outreach strategy for targeted partners
- Drive top of the funnel sales opportunities through our broker and IPC partners
- Book introductory meetings with new brokers and ensure to include appropriate stakeholders (Director Enterprise, Marketing, Sales leadership)
- Conduct face-to-face meetings including presentations, engagements, and events to advocate - -CoWrks product offerings and services
- Continually support new building launches, by executing broker/agent/partner pre-building strategy in a timely fashion
- Ensure that all potential leads are followed up with by appropriate CoWrks account managers
- Network with key contacts within related industry to expand contact base
- Conduct weekly pipeline calls with all key broker firms
- Organise and execute regional partnership events/new building launches in market
- Troubleshoot any broker requests/issues by collaborating internally with appropriate stakeholders
- Prepare various monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management's review as needed
- Consistently maintain a high level of partner and member satisfaction
- Maintain a high desk delivery contribution through effective lead generation via our partners and collaboration with the internal sales stakeholders

Requirements:
- Masters degree
- Minimum 5 years experience with 2-3 years professional experience related to relationship management and business development
- 2-3 years Commercial real estate experience
- Experience using Salesforce a plus.
