Job Responsibilities:
1. Employee joining formalities and SPOC for new joiners
2. Handle On boarding and exit process
3. Employee background verification
4. Maintain various databases, Data analysis and HR reports
5. Payroll /Compensation administration and various payouts
6. Monitor Employee Insurance Claims
7. Employee administration - Leave & Attendance, employee personal files etc
8. Employee engagement
9. Resolve employee queries / grievances
8. Support various projects and HR initiatives
Required Skills :
- Min 4 years of proven work experience as an HR Operations
- Excellent communication skills, analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
- Should have worked for large organisations in the past
